One of my favorite places anywhere? Hiking amongst the redwood trees of John Muir National Monument.

John Muir is a hero of mine! I remember camping in the redwoods as a kid with my grandparents, and later trips to Kings Canyon and Yosemite. I can’t wait to take Brian there some day to see them. There really is no other place on earth like the Muir woods.
i love your photo! It brought back a ton of good memories.
You’re right; there really is no place like the Muir woods. Other places are close and nice, but this place is special. Thanks for sharing!
It’s a magical place among those stately giants!
